The Achelis & Bodman Foundation
The Achelis & Bodman Foundation has always supported a broad variety of institutions rather than choosing to focus narrowly on one or two fields. In part this reflects the richness of New York’s not-for-profit sector, with hundreds of strong potential grantees.
becton-dickinson
The BD Foundation’s global health grantmaking focuses on widespread immunization campaigns, healthcare worker safety, and outreach projects that educate and raise awareness of pandemic diseases. Specific disease interests include HIV/AIDS, malaria, diabetes, immunizations and infectious diseases.
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS helps men, women and children across the country and across the street receive lifesaving medications, health care, nutritious meals, counseling and emergency financial assistance. We are one of the nation’s leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations.
Cleveland H. Dodge Foundation
Ever since its establishment, grants have been made by the Cleveland H. Dodge Foundation to charitable and cultural institutions in New York City. In many cases, members of the family had helped to found them and subsequent generations have continued to support them.
The Keith Haring Foundation
The mission of the Keith Haring Foundation is to sustain, expand, and protect the legacy of Keith Haring, his art, and his ideals. The Foundation supports not-for-profit organizations that assist children, as well as organizations involved in education, research and care related to AIDS.
Phil Zwickler Charitable and Memorial Foundation Trust
The Phil Zwickler Charitable and Memorial Foundation Trust was established in 1993 and is dedicated to advancing those issues and causes, and to empowering those people and groups, to whom Phil Zwickler was devoted throughout his lifetime. He was especially devoted to supporting efforts to combat AIDS; to protect the environment; and to defend and support the homeless and other oppressed groups.
