The ELM Project Student Ambassador Program brings programs on college campuses around the country. Each student ambassador creates and implements a campaign-themed marketing and public relations plan for his or her campus that includes events, activities and print/digital material. Through the program, ambassadors gain great leadership skills and have the opportunity to make a real difference at a youth development nonprofit organization.
Student Ambassadors can
- Participate or lead social media campaigns
- Attend Camp AmeriKids as a volunteer or recruit new volunteers
- Run fundraisers or seek in-kind donations that support programs
- Write stories to local media outlets or on campus newspapers
